These terms cover your use of bonnerspartyrentals.com. Your rental itself is governed by the rental agreement you sign with us.

Quotes and availability

Prices and availability shown or quoted through this website are estimates and are not a confirmed booking. Availability is confirmed only when we tell you directly and your rental agreement is in place. Prices may change and are subject to delivery area, dates, and the condition and quantity of stock available.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to rent from us, to submit a quote request through this website, or to opt in to receive text messages from us. By using this website and by consenting to text messages you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept SMS opt-ins from anyone under 18.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS consent box you agree to receive text messages from Bonner's Party Rentals about your rental and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Promotional codes

Discount codes such as BONN_Summer apply to new bookings only, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied to a booking already confirmed. Codes have no cash value. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time. Delivery, labour, damage waiver, and taxes are excluded unless we state otherwise.

Using this website

The content, photographs and logos on this site belong to Bonner's Party Rentals. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it unlawfully.

Accuracy

We work to keep item descriptions and photographs accurate, but colours, sizes and stock can vary. If an item differs materially from what you expected, contact us and we will put it right.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
