Bonner's Party Rentals ("we", "us") has served Los Angeles families since 1939. This policy explains what information we collect through bonnerspartyrentals.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote we ask for the details we need to price and deliver your rental:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Event date, location, and guest count
- Budget range and the items you would like to rent
- How you heard about us
- For production enquiries: production or company name, call time and strike time
- Whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages, and the exact wording shown to you
We also record the web address that referred you and any advertising parameters in the link you arrived on, so we can tell which advertising works. This is stored in your own browser for up to 90 days and is sent to us only if you submit a quote request.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, confirm availability, and coordinate delivery and pickup
- To contact you about your enquiry or booking
- To send occasional offers, only if you ticked the consent box
- To understand which advertising brings in customers
Text messages
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or consent to any third party for their own marketing. Your consent to receive text messages from Bonner's Party Rentals stays with Bonner's Party Rentals.
Ticking the SMS consent box is optional and is never a condition of renting from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us on (818) 418-8186 and ask to be removed.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to run the business — our customer management system, our email and text message provider, and our rental software. They may only process your information to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect your information
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the systems we use to hold customer records are password protected with access limited to authorised staff. We keep our software up to date and review who has access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we become aware of a problem affecting your information we will act promptly and tell you where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
