Every event is quoted individually. These are equipment starting ranges for straightforward setups — not fixed package prices.

Intimate

$400–$550

About 25 guests. Tables, chairs, linens, glassware, delivery and setup included.

$750–$1,400

50–75 guests. Adds tenting and a fuller tabletop package with setup and breakdown.

100–150 guests. Complete setup with tents, tabletop, dance floor and full service.

What these ranges do and don't cover

Included: the rental equipment listed, plus standard delivery and setup within our normal service area during regular hours.

Not included and quoted separately: long-distance or difficult-access delivery, same-day or after-hours service, upgraded linens and specialty items, staffing, permits, and damage waiver.

Peak dates and larger or more complex events price above these ranges. Your written quote is the real number — these figures are a starting point so you know roughly where you stand before you call.

Our Story

Three generations of getting it right

Bonner's Party Rentals is a family-owned and operated business that has served the Los Angeles area for 87 years. We started in Tujunga in 1939 and have grown into one of the most trusted names in event rentals — not because of flashy marketing, but because we show up on time, every time, with clean equipment and a team that actually cares. Today we run out of our Sun Valley warehouse on Lankershim.

Weddings, quinceañeras, corporate galas, backyard birthdays and everything in between. We also offer event consulting, planning and day-of coordination, so you can actually enjoy the event you're hosting.
